Most major insurance plans are accepted. A referral from your physician is typically required — please bring your referral paperwork to the appointment.
Valid photo ID, your insurance card, referral form, and a list of current medications. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete check-in.
Certain scans may require fasting or contrast preparation. Your scheduling team will provide specific instructions based on your exam type.
